Jacqueline Weimmer is a dedicated leader and Bayonne resident, committed to fighting for the people of New Jersey’s 31st Legislative District, which includes Jersey City (Wards A, B, & F), Bayonne, and Kearny. She has spent her career advocating for policies that uplift working families, protect small businesses, and ensure that every community in the district thrives.
Jacqueline, who is currently on the city council of Bayonne, is running for the New Jersey Assembly with running mate Barbara McCann Stamato, to build a stronger tomorrow for our children, our seniors, our Veterans, the handicapped and disabled, and ALL in OUR community. She understands the challenges facing local families, workers, and small business owners, and she is focused on making housing more affordable, improving public safety, and ensuring that economic growth benefits everyone—not just the wealthy few.
With a strong record of working alongside local organizations, community leaders, and everyday residents, Jacqueline has been a tireless advocate for those too often left behind. She believes in the power of collective action and is committed to building a future where every resident has the opportunity to succeed.

Jacqueline has dedicated her life to serving the community she loves. From delivering food to seniors in need to advocating for children in foster care, her commitment to others is unwavering. She proudly serves on the Board of Bayonne Medical Center, is an Honorary Board Member of Bayonne Little League, and is a member of the Bayonne Rotary Club.
Jacqueline’s leadership extends to causes close to her heart—supporting individuals with disabilities, assisting seniors with essential services like Social Security and Medicare, and championing policies that protect working families. Her work reflects a deep belief that strong communities are built by lifting up every voice, especially those too often left behind.
